        Working under general guidance in such operations as disassembly, checking and cleaning, repairing, replacing, testing, adjusting, assembling, installing, servicing, fabricating and other operations required to maintain the airworthiness of aircraft and all their components, in service or undergoing overhaul and/or modification.

        Perform hangar maintenance and repairs on assigned aircraft both major and minor structural modifications

        Perform inspections, corrosion control procedures, trouble-shooting and fault isolation procedures on aircraft systems

        Assist with the removal and Instillation of wingtips,vertical/horizontal stabilizer, engines cove lip doors, ailerons, spoilers, dorsal fin with the assists of overhead crane, scissor lift, stands and hand tools such as dead blow, pry bar, drift, pneumatic ratchet, shallow and deep sockets, crescent wrenches, open-end wrenches, torque wrenches all I.A.W regulatory requirements and tech data

        Removal, install and adjustment of crew entry doors using scissor lift, hydraulic stand I.A.W tech data

        Inspection, de-fod, remove and clean using inspection mirror, flashlight, air vac, plastic scraper, soft aluminum and bronze metal brushes

        Remove and replace vapor barrier seal underneath belly of aircraft of main landing gear using manual/pneumatic ratchet, sockets, awls and open/closed end wrenches

        Remove and replace broken rivnut, nut plates and standoffs in areas of flight deck, cargo, belly and lower nose of aircraft with rivnut tool, blind rivet fastener, close open end wrenches, rivets and/or rivet gun

        Install primary and secondary heat exchanger with awls to align fastener, pneumatic/ manual ratchet, open/close wrenches, crescent wrenches and torque wrenches to obtain correct torque value I.A.W tech data

        Remove and replace with new seal along trailing edge cove lip doors, main and nose wheel well area, belly of aircraft using utility knife, common screwdriver, open/closed

 

        wrenches, pneumatic/ma0nual ratchet, visegrip pliers(common, duckbill, needle nose) and awls

 

        Sign in and out of confined space log to work in areas such as hellhole, fuel tanks, lower nose and under floor panels

        Install leading/trailing edge duct and duct clamps using pneumatic/manual ratchet, open/closed end wrenches

        Install of dry bay doors underneath wings with new bonding straps and clamps by way of assistance of scissor lift hydraulic stand using needle nose pliers, safety wire pliers, open/closed end wrenches and pneumatic/manual ratchets

        Remove and replace all fabric and wainscotting(paneling) in entire areas of cargo and flight deck such as pilot/co pilot forward, aft, overhead and lower window wainscotting, overhead drain pan, sextant wainscotting and map cases

        Remove, install and adjust of control collums I.A.W regulatory requirements and tech data

        Remove and replace all seat tracks(pilot, copilot, instructor and boomers) heel rest with new hardware using impact driver, shallow and deep sockets and inspect seats for serviceability

        Inspect, remove and replace unserviceable windows with new hardware and sealant using sealant gun, sealant, awls, pneumatic/manual ratchet, common screwdriver, shallow and deep sockets, rubber mallet, open/closed end wrenches I.A.W tech data

        Inspect, remove, install and adjust pilot/copilot sliding windows I.A.W tech data

        Remove and replace new floor boards and carpet in areas of cargo and flight deck

        Perform periodic inspections throughout aircraft I.A.W regulatory requirements

        Inspect, removal and replacement of wire bundles, clamps with pneumatic/manual ratchet common screwdriver
